Cruises are confirmed when the required booking fee of 20% of total function cost is received. Money must be paid by online banking transfer, or credit cards (Visa or Master Cards only, surcharge applies).
You are always responsible for the minimum numbers stated in your deposit invoice.
For private or group cruises - all monies need to be paid 14 days prior to the cruise date and final numbers need to be advised.
For any bookings made via the web-site, the user must be over the age of 18 years or supervised by a parent who agrees to the contract and the minor's use. The user must be truthful in information disclosed on the site and agrees to what he/she is booking and agrees to pay for it.
If the cruise is cancelled by FUSION CRUISES due to mechanical, safety, weather or reasons beyond our control, FUSION CRUISES will refund payments made. No additional refunds or compensation will be given.
Deposit payments are only refundable on private cruises less $500.00 handling fees if cancellations are received at least 60 days prior to the cruise date in writing. In a calendar marked festive season i.e. Function Peak Season (1st Nov to 31st Dec), there are no refunds available for cancellations.
If you wish to reschedule to another date, a notice must be made at least 60 days prior to your original cruise date, a new deposit must be paid on date of notice and any previous paid amounts will be credited to the new deposit less $500.00 of the handling fee.
In special events such as New Year's Eve, Boxing Day, Australia Day, Vivid Sydney and etc., the cancellation listed below:
- If cancelled up to 60 days prior to the cruise date, the refunded amount will be the ticket cost minus $100.00 per ticket.
- If cancelled within 60 days prior to the cruise date, 50% of the full amount of the per ticket cost is non-refundable as well as the booking fee.
- if cancelled within 30 days prior to the cruise date, the full amount will be non-refundable.
- Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
No refund is given for "No show guests".
For group bookings, which do not involve a private cruise, 30 days is required for cancellation.
We recommend that your guests be advised to arrive at the pickup point at least 20 minutes before the designated time to avoid being late. Water taxi transfers for late guests can be arranged but are generally discouraged.
Cruise details will be confirmed with booking. FUSION CRUISES reserves the right to change the departure schedule at any time as necessary due to weather conditions or other reasons. FUSION CRUISES reserves the right to cancel tours, itineraries and days of operation as required.
For safety, smoking is not permitted on all areas of the first level, second level and other enclosed areas of the boat.
Top deck area is limited to a maximum of 83 persons at a time, no one is allowed outside the rails area.
No intoxicated person will be permitted to board the boat.
For your own safety and comfort, high heels are not recommended.
The Fusion Vessel has a maximum capacity of 400 passengers.
The Captain of the vessel is in charge and has complete authority over the vessel and passengers.
The organiser shall be liable for any damage to the vessel, furnishings and equipment caused by himself/herself and any member of him/her party or invitees at cost plus 35% handling/management fee.
All children must be accompanied by an adult responsible for their safety.
FUSION CRUISES reserves the right to amend charges of service as required.
Any breakages or damages must be paid for.
No food or beverages may be brought onto the boat unless written authorisation from Fusion Cruises Management is given.
FUSION CRUISES reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone intoxicated, any person engages in inappropriate and illegal activities will be asked to disembark at the nearest wharf.
The organiser and any member of their party or invitees accept and acknowledge that they are embarking on this vessel at their own risk, and FUSION CRUISES will not be liable or responsible for any injury or death to passengers arising or due to or partly due to some negligent acts or omission by FUSION CRUISES or its staff.
FUSION CRUISES requires $1,000 bond for every private charter cruise. Any Bond refund will be paid/ mailed 48 hours after the function, pending damages and or cleaning fees.
Payment of deposit constitutes that you have read and accepted the above terms and conditions.
